For Windows

  1. You can download a high-resolution file (higher quality but it takes longer to download and takes up more space on your computer) or a low-resolution version. Download your file by right-clicking on either the high-resolution version (about 1400K) or the low-resolution version (about 470K) and choosing Save Link As or Save Target As, depending on your browser.
  2. Save it in your \Windows directory (or your \Winnt directory for Windows NT users).
  3. Open your Control Panel.
  4. Select the Display option, Background tab.
  5. If you downloaded the hig-resolution file, select BioGemswp_rockies from the list of Wallpaper files. If you downloaded the low-resolution file, select BioGemswp_rockies_lo
  6. Select the Display: Center option.
  7. Click OK to close the Control Panel.

TIP: If your desktop color and color behind your shortcut labels clashes with the background color of the new calendar wallpaper, you can change it. Open your Control Panel, select the Display option, select the Appearance tab, select the Item: Desktop. Then from the Color menu pick any color you like. Finally, click OK to close the Control Panel.
